  • Eight Week Series of Laura’s Yoga Basics zoom class for Torrance Memorial Medical Center starts Monday July 13 at 4 p.m. This relaxing series of 8 Monday afternoon classes is for all levels. Laura has been teaching this class since 2013. It is discounted heavily and students do not have to be former Torrance Memorial Medical Center patients or workers to sign up!   • Monthly Meditation Journey. *NEW*Starting August 5th, Join Laura via zoom every Wednesday 7-7:20 p.m. pst (or watch the recorded session) as she guides you with breathwork, relaxing shoulder and neck stretches, intention setting, and one of her signature guided meditations. This mid-week meditation session will help you learn to meditate and to slide into a mindful, relaxed, and positive mindset to help you manifest more joy, more abundance, a better night’s sleep, and more gratitude. Questions? New to meditation? Send me a NOTE. A month of weekly classes is $40, Two months is $70 and Drop ins are $15 each. These are held via zoom and a link is sent to you in advance. After class is held, a link to the recorded session is sent to you as well.
